First Time Deposit Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions refer to a first-time deposit reward available to clients who match specific account creation criteria.

1. The First-Time Deposit Reward shall only be available to new clients who create a live account with an affiliation to a select group of approved referrers.
2. The First-Time Deposit Reward shall only be available on the first deposit into the client’s account.
3. The First-Time Deposit Reward offered to the clients shall be 10% of the value of deposits, with a maximum reward of $5000, or equivalent in the currency of the user’s MT4 account, subject to current exchange rates.
4. The First-Time Deposit Reward shall be received into the client’s account as Credit, within 24 hours of the internal transfer from the client’s wallet to MT4 account.
5. The First-Time Deposit Reward can be converted from Credit to Balance at a rate of $5 per standard lot traded on the client’s MT4 account in which the Credit resides.
6. Transfer of Credit to Balance on the client’s MT4 account can be performed using the asset classes of Forex pairs, Cryptos, and Metals. No trading on any other symbols will contribute towards the transfer from Credit to Balance. 
7. If any funds are removed from the MT4 account, while Credit still resides in the account, all existing Credit will be removed.
8. If the Balance in said MT4 account returns to zero while Credit still resides in the account, all existing Credit will be removed.
9. If the equity in the MT4 account is equal to or lower than the Credit on said account, all existing Credit will be removed.
10. Once Credit on the MT4 account has been transferred into balance, the property of said funds resides with the client. While funds are as Credit on the client’s MT4 account, they remain the property of the broker.
11. The Broker reserves the right at any point in time to edit and/or cancel the First-Time Deposit Reward.
12. The Broker reserves the right to disqualify any client from the First-Time Deposit Reward if there is evidence of abuse of this promotion beyond the initial intention of the promotion.
