If you remember your old password, you can log in to your account and change it by following these steps:

1. Tap on the “My Profile” tab.

2. Go to the “Change Password” section. 

3. Enter your previous password and the new one.  

4. Click on “Update“

If you forgot your password, complete these steps:

1. Access the Portal by clicking here.

2. Tap on Forgot password?

3. Enter your email address to receive a recovery email.

4. Follow the steps included in the email we sent you.
