To cancel a withdrawal request on your account, go to the Withdraw section.
Find the withdrawal request that you wish to cancel.
Click on “Cancel“ under the “Actions“ section.
- It is important to note that only withdrawal requests with a status of “Waiting Info“ or “Waiting Approval“ can be cancelled.
- You will then be prompted to confirm if you would like to proceed with cancelling your withdrawal.
- Once you click “Cancel Withdrawal”, you will be notified that your cancellation was successful and your withdrawal is returned to your account.
