There are a few reasons why you may encounter an error when depositing via PayRedeem. If you have received an error when entering your PayRedeem voucher, please ensure:
- That the voucher number entered into the system is identical to the voucher.
- You have the correct currency.
- The voucher is still valid and unused.
- The name on the voucher matches the name on your account.
