In order to ensure removing any possible restrictions when receiving e-mails from us, you would need to put our e-mails under your Allow or Safelist in your e-mail provider. This will safeguard you from losing any vital information from the e-mails that we send you. 

Step by Step Guide

• Access your Gmail account. 
• Select the “Spam” folder on the left. 
• Click on our e-mail.

• Click the “3 dots in the e-mail”.
• Select “Filter messages like this”.

• Insert our e-mail “[email protected]” in the field provided. 
• Click “Create a filter”.

• Tick the box next to “Never send it to Spam”.
• Tick the box “Categorise as:” and choose “Primary” from the drop down menu. 
• Click “Create filter”.

• The filter is now created and by doing so future e-mails will go directly in your primary email inbox.
