How to report a Problem with a Trade on SageFX?

Trade problems should be reported by opening a ticket. In that ticket, please include your TradeLocker Account number and the trade ID of the problem trade.

Trade ID’s can be found here:

  • Click/tap on the Trades tab.

  • Find the Trade you have a problem with, and the ID is located in the Order ID column.

Once we have this information, our support team will escalate your issue to our Trade Support Team.
